Screening Fee
A fee is due at the time the application is returned. This is a non-refundable processing fee. This includes the screening fee for K-9th Grade.

Confidential Academic Teacher Recommendation (due March 1)

PreKindergarten - Kindergarten: We require the preschool teacher's evaluation.
1st-5th Grades: We require one (1) Teacher Recommendation Form.
6th-9th Grades: We require two (2) Teacher Recommendation Forms.
Teachers completing these forms must have taught the student within the last two years.
Confidential Administrative Recommendation, PreK – 9th Grade (due March 1)

This form may be completed by the Head of School, Academic Counselor or Dean, or other school administrator.
Financial Aid (Due February 15)
If you intend to apply for financial aid, please see the enclosed financial aid form and return to Calmont with your application.
ISEE Exam Scores (Due March 1)
Students who seek admission to grades six through nine will need to take the ERB Independent School Entrance Exam by the end of January. Complete the ISEE Online Registration Form available at www.iseetest.org, listing Calmont as a score recipient. Our school code is 054290.
